Emerge offers end to end services meaning we work through your situation logically until you are better able to sort out problems you have with a tenant, a landlord or a neighbour. We specialise in helping you resolve conflict resulting from relational breakdown in communities particularly if antisocial behaviour is part of the cause. This may mean recommendations for services or agencies that may help or it might mean an informal mediation.

In other cases a group of neighbours may need assistance with another party, for example the council, a commercial interest or a problematic neighbour who is disturbing the peace and quiet a neighbourhood.

Emerge does not receive payment from others so the advice you receive is not tainted with any conflicts of interest. We do not give legal advice but have resources and strategies to get help identify when you need legal advice, to get reasonably priced opinions and also to minimise its cost.
