FEE STRUCTURE

Emerge charges each party a fee (available on inquiry) that includes initial conversations, an extensive 2 hour intake session for each party and a dispute resolution meeting (mediation) of up to 4 hours. The thorough intake process is designed to assess whether the situation is suitable for a facilitated mediation. Sometimes other solutions are more effective, including shuttle mediation where the consultant acts as a go between conveying negotiations between the parties. Emerge will also identify cases where other advice and referrals will provide information essential to progress the dispute towards resolution. 

Emerge can also organise a venue for the meeting at an additional cost, however clients sometimes prefer to arrange their own rooms for the dispute resolution.

If the matter is not resolved but the parties and Emerge agree to continue, Emerge will continue on an hourly rate.

Emerge has special rates in hardship cases.
